I've been utilizing Hostyd.org's cloud offerings for a while now, and I gotta say, I'm really blown away by their speedy support, rapid service, and solid uptime. It's been a fantastic journey up to this point, and I believe it’ll keep being awesome down the line. Definitely give this service a shot!

I recently bought a domain and hosting through hostyd.org, and it’s been nearly a month without any help from them. Their online chat support doesn’t even load, and I can’t get a response from anyone. This is honestly the worst hosting service I’ve ever dealt with. I’m starting to wonder if the owner has kicked the bucket, leaving no one to manage the site. Seriously, no customer support for over two months? That’s just wild.

I switched my website over to Hostyd, but now all my sites are throwing a 403 error. It's been an hour, and I haven't heard back from them. They really need to improve their support, but other than that, everything seems alright.

UPDATE: I'm still getting charged. I contacted their payment processor, 2CheckOut, and they told me they can't help with refunds unless Hostyd gets back to me... So, I'm kinda stuck here.

Still getting charged after I cancelled my service.

I've sent multiple support tickets over the past couple of months, but either I get no response or my requests are just sitting there!

Funny enough, there's no option to delete your payment info from your account. If a company can't let you do that, it's definitely a warning sign.

When I used to submit tickets for regular support, I’d hear back within a few hours at most, but when it comes to cancellations, it’s like support just vanishes.

I've had these tickets open for weeks now, and they're still on hold. What's taking so long to sort this out?
